We were passing through and wanted to show the kids right at the end of the day. They treated us with kindness and welcomed us. Interactive displays. The kids enjoyed it as we did!

Nice plays to visit with kids. We went during the annual feast end of April.

Great time at the cotton festival. Highly recommended for historical festival fun.

For Texas history lovers. Old operating Cotton Gin. A great look back in time.

I had a fabulous visit here. I was collecting geocache for the "Birthplace of Texas" geotour and this was one of the stops. I was lucky enough to get to actually see inside the gin mill. Met VelAnne who showed me around and offered history and information about the Gin, first families and places to eat. I also got to meet Ginner..a local young stray cat who came out of hiding to see what we were up to!! I enjoyed myself immensely and wish I could be in the area in April when the Cotton Gin is operating!
